Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the time of the appointment. While we understand things do come up, your appointment is guaranteed for only you. The time and cost of a missed appointment hurts my business. Divine Glow Aesthetic Spa allows 1 reschedule of an appointment. If an appointment is asked to be rescheduled more than once, 100% of the appointment will have be paid before rescheduling. If you are running late to your appointment please communicate with Tia as soon as possible. Please be respectful of this policy, as it will be harder for you to book with me in the future. By booking, you fully acknowledge & understand this policy. 50% cancellation fee is charged for any no-shows or cancellations within 24-hours of your scheduled appointment. A credit card is required at booking. If the card on file has insufficient funds, you will be blocked from booking a future appointment until payment and associated cancellation fees are collected. Please note that refunds are not issued for any appointment that have been fully paid for and where service has been completed.
